Educator & Consultant in Psychology, Sociology, and Humanities. Fulbright Scholar (Master of Public Policy). A multidisciplinary expert bridging academic research and corporate training, Phương has led mental health and applied psychology programs at Samsung Electronics Vietnam. He has trained hundreds of employees on mental health care and applied psychology, won national research awards in psychological and social sciences, and mentored university students in real-world psychological research.
